THE ROLE:
As Head of Business Development, you’ll own the bridge between early market signals and commercial traction. You’ll engage directly with engineering teams, startups, and OEMs to turn exploratory interest into structured objectives, pilots, and revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll create the playbook while running it. You’ll be talking to customers one day, shaping pricing and contracts the next, and feeding insights directly into our product roadmap.
